The Prestige Facet II 6B embodies the very essence of the new generation of the Prestige Facet II range, combining a sleek design with optimized sound performance. This 2-way bass-reflex bookshelf speaker incorporates both the technical and aesthetic improvements of the series while adapting perfectly to more compact spaces.

Like all models in the revamped range, the Prestige Facet II 6B features a satin-finished front panel that replaces the original glossy finish. This choice adds a contemporary and discreet touch while reducing sensitivity to fingerprints and smudges. Its compact dimensions make it an ideal speaker for discreet setups without compromising on sound quality.

Equipped with a 25 mm tweeter and a 140 mm mid-bass driver, the Prestige Facet II 6B delivers a frequency response of 57 Hz to 25 kHz (±3 dB) and a sensitivity of 90 dB, ensuring dynamic and precise playback even with modest amplifiers (20 to 100 W recommended).

The technical innovations in this new generation include:

  • A redesigned passive crossover using audiophile-grade components (polypropylene capacitors, metal oxide film resistors) for clearer channel separation and accurate sound reproduction
  • Internal OFC copper wiring (2.25 mm²) for lossless signal transmission

With a bass-reflex tuning frequency of 60 Hz, the speaker delivers well-controlled low frequencies, ideal for modern music as well as film soundtracks. Its nominal impedance of 6 Ω (minimum 5 Ω at 220 Hz) and compatibility with amplifiers from 20 to 100 W make it an accessible yet demanding model.

The silver-plated terminal allows for bi-wiring or bi-amping, offering extra flexibility for audiophiles seeking to optimize their setup.

The Prestige Facet II 6B proves that acoustic excellence and compactness can perfectly coexist. With its technical upgrades, refined design, and balanced sound, it stands out as the ideal solution for those seeking a high-end bookshelf speaker suited to both small spaces and stereo or home theater systems.
